BRS Global delivers Talent Acquisition and HR Intelligence Solutions across Multiple Sectors, Geographies and Functional Disciplines

Located in Brighton in the UK, BRS Global delivers highly Cost-Efficient Recruitment Research Solutions enabling our private and public sector clients around the world to reduce agency usage and increase direct hires. We use traditional head-hunting techniques to access the best talent in the market, with our fees typically representing a saving of 50 percent to 80 percent in comparison to traditional Search firms. Since our inception in 2000, our service offering and core client base has increased extensively.

Our team of experienced and multilingual research consultants work across wide ranging industry sectors to source executive and specialist candidates. Previously we have undertaken projects in sectors including, but not limited to, Technology, Financial Services, Consulting, Public Sector, Broadcast, Media, Hospitality, Leisure, Energy and Law. We have sourced talent across core functions which include Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, Risk and Operations as well as specialist sector specific roles such as ‘vibration tests engineers’.

International Reach

We deliver assignments around the world split 40% UK, 40% EMEA and 20% RoW, including several recent projects for the Asian market. We have diverse language capabilities at our base in the UK which currently include English, Danish, French, German and Spanish.

The BRS Team

Our research teams come from a wide variety of industry backgrounds. All of our staff come from abroad or have travelled extensively. This multilingual and diverse team has the innate ability to relate with candidates from around the world. Individual research experience within the business varies from 2 to 12 years and assignments are handled across teams dependent on skill-sets and abilities required.

Having spent several years in recruitment and seeing the value passive candidates can bring to an assignment, I started BRS Global in 2000. At that time we were based in central London and our clients were almost exclusively executive search firms, which we provided support for senior recruitment projects they had won. By 2004, the internal recruitment market had developed significantly and since then we have been providing recruitment research and talent pipelining solutions to end hiring organisations. We relocated the business to Brighton in 2006, where I am supported by a loyal, trusted and close-knit team, most of whom I have now been working with for many years. Whilst the team do a sterling job of delivering the research, I spend my time with clients and focus on developing the business, however when we are particularly busy I do still like to keep my hand in and help deliver assignments!

Now firmly settled on the South Coast, I’m married and have a growing family. Outside of day to day work, I give my time as a trustee for a charity which works with women and children who are affected by substance misuse. Spare time is at a premium, however, not infrequently, I can be found sailing my scary catamaran off Brighton beach!

Our relationship with Recruiter On Demand

We are based in the same offices as recruitment support service, Recruiter On Demand.  We launched Recruiter On Demand following feedback from the in-house recruitment and resourcing teams that we work with. They wanted on-demand access to skilled recruiters who could support them in their day-to-day recruitment tasks. We still handle the in-depth competitor research and sourcing rare talent for complex hires, and our Recruiter On Demand team is available to support our clients with everything else.
