Client: The East Sussex County Council

Requirement: Multiple Senior Roles

The Challenge

The Council had been on the lookout for a Search and Selection Company who could provide a cost-competitive service, was accurate with the process, provided a positive experience to potential employees and added value to the recruitment process. This stemmed from their need to be identified as a leading employer in the market place. BRS Global was invited to tender for a campaign after the Council’s unsuccessful partnerships with various organisation and was awarded the tender.

The Campaign

In executing the project, BRS Global chose to conduct a focussed search for potential candidates within Local and National Government and Private Sector Organisations.  Additionally, a small teaser advertisement was run on an online national jobs page and trade journal. The team at BRS acted as the first port of call filtering queries and creating a long list of potential hires for the Council. The impartial professional advice and guidance coupled with the intelligence obtained through prior screening enabled the Council in developing a positive understanding of the candidates prior to their assessment.

The Result

Having achieved the desired results, BRS Global continues to support the Council in a number of high-profile recruitment campaigns. In all campaigns, BRS Global has delivered to the brief, within budget while providing flexible and adaptable support. Commissioning managers from a variety of professional disciplines has provided feedback commending the ability of the BRS Team to adapt their styles according to requirements.

In all cases they have delivered to brief, within budget and to a standard that  has exceeded any other organisation we have partnered with for this type of brief.  We have been impressed with the outstanding communication and an eye for detail.
