Our Client wanted to establish an HR Shared Service for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. HR was required to provide evidence to support the viability of three locations, to enable the business to decide upon the most suitable location.
The site selection would be determined by the skills availability across several role types, languages spoken and cost of resources.
BRS carried out the research into each country by first looking at the talent in existing HR Outsource Centres; candidate available generally in the local market and talent emerging from universities. In each location we then interviewed Hiring Managers, HR Managers and people doing the jobs in question, as well as local recruiters.
Through combining the responses from people and our wider research, we built a true profile of market conditions in the three countries.
