BRS were retained to identify and engage with sales professionals within the media space across three geographies in the UK to establish a pipeline of candidates for current and future hires. Time was spent with the hiring managers to get to understand their requirements and what industries sales people should be mapped within. A list of candidates was compiled, calls were made, and candidates were assessed. CVs and profile notes were shared with the Client for interested and relevant candidates who were put forward into the recruitment and pipelining process.
