Our client, asked us to help them hire a managing partner for their financial services consulting team in Japan. Usual Search methods had not proved successful due to the recruitment being led from the UK and significant cultural differences in how candidates can be identified and engaged with.
The project was approached with upmost sensitivity to navigate the target organisations and identify relevant candidates for the role. The challenge was to find candidates capable of reporting into an International business in English as well as having success at consulting into local and international banks in Japan.
