Our client wanted to ensure all potential candidates for this role were identified within a commutable distance of the College and that they were made aware of this vacancy. BRS managed both the Search aspect as well as an advertising campaign, and candidates at Director and Manager level were then engaged and assessed against set key criteria. A long list of candidates, all of whom had been through the same screening process were then presented to the College and into the remainder of the recruitment process.
