We were established in 2000 and as our market has evolved, so has our service
offering and core client base.
At inception we were a traditional Recruitment Research firm delivering single
projects to traditional Executive Search firms who outsourced the initial stages
of their retained assignments to us. Our original market entry was based around
high service and quality of work available to start immediately on a fixed fee
basis with an element of shared risk dependent on successful placement. In a
buoyant market where we were focusing on .com Telecoms and IT, our client base
and business flourished.
With the market ever changing we developed our offering across new sectors and
evolved our ability to penetrate and deliver within previously un-tapped markets
and functional disciplines. At the same time, with recruiters moving in-house to
Global organisations we started to take on increasing amounts of work with
direct clients. Our service offering translated extremely well to our new client
base and we were delivering senior level research assignments in much the same
way as we had previously to Executive Search firms, though now in much greater
volumes.
