    We may have a lot of questions as we believe it is essential to thoroughly understand your brand to identify talent that is relevant and that will be open to your proposition in the future. We often spend time on site with our clients to understand the culture of your organization your teams.

  2. WE map the market

    We identify and research your competitors and aligned organizations to identify candidates that could match your requirements.

  3. WE evaluate and engage the talent we’ve identified

    We evaluate individual candidates and can make direct contact with potential candidates, gauging their openness to a future recruitment conversation. For each approach we compile detailed notes relating to experience, motivations, salary and ambitions.

  4. WE hand over the longlist to your recruitment team

    Along with the candidate list, you receive all the relevant information we have gathered which could be useful in the interviewing and shortlisting phase. We can provide this in a report and meet to discuss the details.

  5. YOU use the list to make one hire or several future hires

    Because we work on a cost-for-time basis, the cost to you is the same whether you make one hire or fill several hard-to-recruit-for positions.
